At VenoWholesale, we accept returns on most regularly stocked items within 30 days of the shipping date, provided the products are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund:

• 20% for orders delivered to commercial addresses
• 30% for residential deliveries

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Consumable or perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Special order items or drop-ship products (shipped directly from the manufacturer)

Refunds & Payment Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for payments made by wire, check, ACH, or leasing agreements. In those cases, or if the original method is unavailable, a Refund Credit will be issued.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, including any international duties or brokerage fees. we will receive your returned item.
